Return & Claims Policy
Since we ship products that are agriculturally certified, our return policy is different from regular retail practices. Once an order leaves our facility with the official certification stamp and has been opened, it cannot be returned due to Hawaii's strict agricultural laws. We know that unexpected issues like severe weather, freight handling, or service delays can sometimes lead to damage during shipping. While we can’t accept returns, we have a straightforward claims process to address these situations.
Damages & Issues
Please check your order right away when it arrives and contact us immediately if anything is damaged or if you received an incorrect item. We will assess the issue and work to resolve it. To be eligible for a claim, you need to get in touch with us within 3-5 business days of receiving your package. After plants have been in your care for a while, we will only be able to provide care advice instead of replacements or refunds.
How to File a Claim
To initiate a claim, please email us at customerservice@greencardinalcraftnest.com and Include your order number, a brief description of the problem, and clear photos of the damaged plants to help speed up the process.
PURCHASE AND SHIPPING TERMS
(By purchasing this plant you agree to these terms)THIS PLANT DOES NOT SHIP TO California, Arizona, Texas, Alaska and Louisiana! Thanks for your patience while we transition our inventory to certified stock. You will receive the plant, shipped in either a 4 inch or 6 inch pot and packaged with care. All of our plants come with a live arrival guarantee! However please note that while we do our very best to package our plants and 95% of them arrive without damage, shipping may cause damage to the plant, including but not limited to broken, browning or withered leaves. We grow all our plants outside on the the island of Maui. With the lush jungle comes many pests and while we do spray with organic sprays regularly we cannot guarantee 100% pest free plant. However each plant is inspected by us as well as the Hawaii Agriculture Department for pests prior to shipping. No returns. If there are any issues please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. If you live in a cold zone or expect the package to travel through cold areas please request a heat pack. We provide them for $4 in our store. They are 72 hour heat packs and we strongly advise you to upgrade your shipping to express 2 day shipping from Hawaii so it gets there before the 72 hours is up. We cannot be held liable for damage/death due to freezing/cold temperatures.We only ship to the United States. Excluding US territories.
